Barney Frank tells CNBC that there are plenty of RICH PEOPLE to tax!

I don't understand why people are so upset over this...
Why let people who work hard and get paid way less..not have a break?!?

People who have A LOT of money aren't being punished for having money, but they have WAY more invested normally than the average American..shouldn't they pay more-percentage wise?!? Makes SENSE to me!
